What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, and optionally your email. We also keep a record of what you ordered so we can support you and handle returns.

If you message us on WhatsApp or Messenger, those conversations are kept with your order history.

How we use it

To deliver your order, confirm it by phone or message, send you order updates (shipped, delivered), and handle returns or refunds.

If you opted in at checkout, we may send you offers and new-arrival updates on WhatsApp. You can unsubscribe anytime by replying STOP.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

We don't send marketing messages unless you explicitly opted in.

Who sees your data

Our delivery couriers receive only what they need to deliver: your name, address, phone, and the parcel contents declaration.

We use trusted service providers (hosting, database, email) that process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required by consumer law and for warranty/return purposes. You can ask us to delete your marketing consent or your account data anytime by writing to hello@parcelkoi.com.
