Placing an order on parcelkoi.com is a request to buy. The contract forms when we confirm your order by phone, WhatsApp, or email. No account is needed; you must provide an accurate name, mobile number, and delivery address.
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include any applicable taxes. The price shown plus the flat delivery charge is the full amount you pay — there are no hidden charges.
We accept cash on delivery (COD) only at launch. Payment is due to the courier when the parcel is handed over.
We deliver across all 64 districts of Bangladesh, typically within 2–5 working days of confirmation. Delays caused by weather, strikes, or courier issues are outside our control, but we'll keep you informed.
You can cancel free of charge any time before the order ships. We may also cancel an order (with a full explanation) if the item is out of stock, the address is undeliverable, or the order appears fraudulent.
Our returns and refund process is described on the Returns page — 7 days to report a problem from the date of delivery.
